everflow

everflow emerged from a period of personal mourning and is a short reflection on the impermanence of life.

In the book, fragments from five different family archives interweave together with landscape photographs to create an in-between space where time and space are left in limbo.

There isn’t any clear story, only a constant state of flux through different cycles of repeated birth and death.

Family portraits are seen as eerie presences of time and life embalmed at a set moment, while they attempt to establish a new temporality of healing, a passage from the liminal space of mourning to now.
